Computed tomography of the tooth (3D image of teeth)
An advanced method of studying the dentofacial system, allowing for the most effective resolution of a patient's dental problems.
To formulate an accurate treatment plan for prosthetics or implantation, the doctor must carefully study the characteristics of the patient's dental row, his jaw, the condition of the peri-dental and bone tissues. A panoramic 3D dental scan is a volumetric and reliable image of any sector of the oral cavity from the angle required by the doctor.

Procedure Carrying
To make a 3D dental scan, no preliminary preparation is needed. Before the examination, all items containing metal are removed: jewelry, removable jaws, glasses, hearing aids, hairpins, removable prostheses.
The procedure is quick – lasting from 3 to 5 minutes. The diagnosis is made either sitting or standing. During the examination, it is necessary to remain still.
The innovative cone-beam computed tomography method is beneficial because it virtually has no contraindications. The examination can be performed on all age groups – from elderly people to pregnant women (3rd trimester) and nursing mothers. 3D dental scans in Minsk are performed on children starting from the age of 6.

Equipment
Worried about a problematic tooth? A scan, which is affordable for most, will help experienced dentists identify the cause of the pain and relieve you of it.
In the case of preparation for implantation using a 3D tomograph, professionals at our center will precisely select an implant of the right shape and size to the millimeter.
In the Millennium Clinic, PROMAX 3D equipment is used in such areas of dentistry as periodontology, endodontics, and maxillofacial surgery.
